Struggling with neck pain?

It could be your pillow. A pillow that's too high or too low can cause neck discomfort. Pillows for neck support help align your head, neck and shoulders.

SLEEP POSITIONS AND PILLOW SHAPES

Your sleeping position helps determine the right pillow for you. The best back-sleeper pillows are medium-thick, such as our classic shape. A comfortable side-sleeper pillow is slighty thicker and firmer, like our curved/contour shape. Stomach-sleeper pillows should be nearly flat. Our Ultimate shape is perfect for all sleeping positions with three removable inserts to let you choose just the right height.

How to care for your pillow

Fluff filled pillows daily to help maintain loft and resiliency. Extend the life of your pillow with a pillow protector to keep out dust mites and other allergens. Wash pillow protectors weekly in warm water.

Experts suggest replacing your pillow every two years, and whenever you replace your mattress. Washing pillows is not recommended as it can degrade the fill. If a pillow doesn't bounce back after being folded in half, it's time to replace it.
