I’ve been sleeping on a Sleep Number bed since 2019 and have seen firsthand how it’s not only made a positive impact on my sleep all these years, but also on my performance, recovery, and well-being.

Why is sleep important to you?

As an athlete, it’s about optimization on every level. Sleep supports muscle and tissue repair, cognitive performance, reaction time – you name it. It’s just the ultimate tool for athletic recovery.

But even when I’m not training, it’s a priority for me. Big nap guy. You’re going to feel your best and have the energy to live your best life when you’re getting that high-quality sleep every day.

It’s knowing the Sleep Number bed is going to adjust to you – takes the guesswork out of it. I know when my routines or preferences change, I have a bed that adapts and will change with me.

A good night’s sleep changes the game. Your body feels good, you’re clear, you’re firing on all cylinders. I think we can all feel the difference when you’ve had high-quality sleep and how that translates into how we show up the next day in work and in life.
